I will certainly look into a Services Page post, that&#039;s a good one.

I think my problem with About pages isn&#039;t so much having personal information, because trust me, I know lots of people whose business IS their personality. Its more the droning details about how awesome they are. there&#039;s a difference between letting &quot;you&quot; shine through and being egotistical.

But your point is well taken, everyone&#039;s needs are a little different. And it should certainly be based on what your clients want to know.

Awhile back I discovered that one of my selling points to clients was me. I tend to add some personal touches and my clients let me know they liked that. I realized one reason clients choose me is simply me and my personality. I made a conscious effort to add more of my personality into my last redesign, including a longer About page.

That might not work for everyone, but it seems to work for me and I imagine it could work for others as well.
