		<description>I definitely agree with your tips! I think it&#039;s important for retailers and other businesses to actually participate in these kinds of communities. Like you said, it can be really beneficial having a presence on sites like these and engaging with the people using your products. 

A good example of this is happening on Twitter. Zappos and Whole Foods are just two of the companies that have accounts and use them to talk to customers. They answer questions, post information and links, and participate in the same community as their customers. I think this goes a long way toward establishing trust and loyalty in their customers.</description>
